This two-and-a-half-day session is designed for owners and executives, focusing on future industry trends, a best idea challenge, and lessons learned segment  We’ll also discuss Synergy business, gather your feedback for 2027 training events, and enjoy a special group activity and group dinners.

Synergy has contracted a block of rooms with The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, USVI, at the discounted rate of $609/night, plus a $60 daily resort fee, which includes:

• Welcome drink and beverage station
• Daily fitness classes
• Use on non-motorized watersports (kayaks, paddle boards, and Hobie cats)
• Snorkel gear with instruction
• Wi-Fi access
• Use of tennis courts and equipment
• Resort garden tours

The following service charges will be billed directly to guest rooms, so there is NO NEED to tip additionally for these services:

• $15 luggage handling
• $5/day housekeeping

Please note that pre-and post- dates available at the group rate based on availability, so it is recommended that you register early if you plan to extend your stay.

Once you’ve completed the registration, we will add your name to the rooming list and will make your room reservation for you. A week prior to the meeting, you will receive an email containing your hotel confirmation along with other details for the session.

Attendees should plan to fly into Cyril E. King Airport (STT), which is 10 miles from the hotel. Uber and Lyft do not have a presence on the island, and taxis are usually cash-only.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be coming in early or staying later than the meeting dates. Hotel reservations are due six weeks prior to the session. Should you need to make changes to your arrival and/or departure dates, we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel. If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.

To ensure we give the correct food and beverage count to the hotel, restaurants, and other partners, we ask that you make any cancellations at least a week before the session. Cancellations that occur less than a week before the session will be charged the full registration fee.

Registrations are due on Monday, Sept 21st. Space is limited, and we cannot guarantee availability after that date.
