BP Group). “First to informally build relationships with employees, as we think it is important for people who work together to have a personal connection with one another. The second goal was to remind people that the IC is here to listen to ideas from the team.
The Intrapreneur Committee was formed last year to help BP Group develop leaders, managers, and employees through mentorship and curriculum that includes both inside and outside knowledge. The committee is designed to give employees a voice to express ideas and visions for the future.
The committee is working through the execution of their first presentation, which was about ways to increase employee engagement.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
