Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Control Services is a values-driven mechanical contractor with a strong focus on controls and service. Founded in 1974, the company recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, a milestone that reflects both longevity and a deep commitment to people, customers, and continuous improvement.

Today, Control Services is led by President Jason Brasel, representing the third generation of family leadership, with the Brasel legacy continuing into a fourth generation. During our visit, it was clear that while the company has evolved, its people-first, customer-focused culture remains firmly intact. From long-tenured employees to enduring client relationships, Control Services takes pride in building trust and delivering long-term value.

Our visit to Omaha included time with the Control Services leadership team alongside Synergy members Ryan English of Baker Group and Lori Bauer of Climate Makers. Having fellow members in the room created an open, peer-driven conversation around leadership, operations, and growth – a dynamic that reflects the heart of the Synergy experience.

They’re eager to engage in peer learning through Synergy’s in-person forums, small peer groups, and ongoing conversations with fellow members navigating similar challenges. We’re excited to have Control Services as part of Synergy and look forward to the experience, insight, and collaboration they’ll bring to the group!
