She went to check out their service center, dispatch operations, and warehouse. During her visit they talked about stock procedures, scheduling procedures, and operational assignments as far as who in their organization is responsible for what, related to the service department. “The best part was all the admin support that they have there, and it was nice for me to have support from Brett (Ludwick).
