While there Ruzwa was able to see Vital’s sales and “fulfillment” process and learn about the EOS leadership and organizational tools that Vital has implemented. “I was very interested to hear about the organizational transformation through the EOS process,” said Ruzwa.  “The meeting structure and the commitment tracking process that holds everyone accountable is impressive.”
