Synergy is thrilled to introduce a new initiative specifically aimed at empowering women within the mechanical industry!

We recognize the unique challenges women face in this industry, and we are excited to launch a dedicated discussion group to provide a platform for sharing experiences, successes, and challenges. Our goal is to create a collaborative environment where women can learn from one another, offer valuable insights, and build a strong network of peers who understand and support each other’s unique perspectives.

Join Us for Our First Meeting!

We’re kicking off this initiative with an initial Zoom meeting on September 24th at 1pm CST. This will be an opportunity to introduce ourselves and brainstorm the topics that matter most to you. We envision this group as a safe space where everyone can voice their thoughts and concerns openly. Your participation and input will be crucial in shaping the direction of our discussions and ensuring that we address the issues that matter most to you.

How to Register:

To join our first call, please click here to register by Tuesday, September 10th. We’re excited to bring together a powerful group of women and hope to see you there!

Please feel free to share this opportunity with any women in your organization who may be interested in participating. Let’s come together to support, learn, and grow alongside one another.

Looking forward to an inspiring and empowering journey together!
