2018 Leadership Forum

Event Description:

Join Synergy Solution Group in Clearwater Beach, FL on Oct 7-11th for the 2018 Leadership Forum. The three day program will include a half day with guest speaker Steve Thomas who will help us dig into how to create a Safe Culture, both emotionally and psychologically, where people feel like they belong. During the rest of the meeting eight mentors and five Millennial mentors will be working with a small group of attendees to facilitate discussions and share their years of industry and leadership experience. They’ll also spend time helping attendees tackle challenges like how to maintain your leadership and coaching skills when your management responsibilities change. In addition, we’ll talk about other practical, real-life leadership and growth challenges like how to take the lead, delegate tasks, and keep yourself and your team accountable.

  • Wednesday, Oct 10th -8:00-4:00pm – Meeting, 6:00pm – Group Dinner
  • Thursday, Oct 11th – Travel Home


Synergy has contracted a block of rooms with the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach hotel at the discounted rate of $189/night. Once you’ve completed the registration we will add your name to the rooming list and will make your room reservation for you. A week prior to the meeting you will receive an email containing your hotel confirmation along with other details for the session.

Attendees should plan to fly into the Tampa Airport (TPA), which is 45 minutes away from the hotel.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be coming in early or staying later than the meeting dates. Hotel reservations are due one month prior to the session. Should you need to make changes to your arrival and/or departure dates we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel. If the hotel is unable to make the changes you are responsible for any hotel fees.

To ensure we give the correct food and beverage count to the hotel, restaurants, and other partners, we ask that you make any cancellations at least a week prior to the session. Cancellations that occur less than a week prior to the session will be charged the full registration fee.
