Join Synergy Solution Group for our 2020 Virtual Executives Forum. The four part virtual event will start with an interactive keynote experience all about employee engagement, presented by Gregg Lederman. The next two sessions will be with guest speaker and facilitator Joe Abraham as he takes us through trends to build breakthrough strategies and innovation in market positioning. Our last session will be dedicated to the best ideas implemented in 2020. During this screen-to-screen learning experience you’ll participate in live presentations, breakout groups, and interactive discussions.

Dec 1st: Creating More Engagement in 10 Minutes by Friday™:

Dec 3rd: Anticipating Trends To Build Breakthrough Strategy with Joe Abraham:

We all agree that things are changing for us and our clients at record pace. Good companies respond and react to changing trends. Great companies anticipate those trends and build strategy to thrive – and even dominate in times like this. In this session, Joe will facilitate discussion amongst Synergy member company leaders to identify the top trends impacting the industry, along with strategies to take advantage of these trends. Small-group discussion will bubble up the best ideas and the session will end with time for each company leader to identify next steps/action plans for their company.

Dec 8th: Innovation in Market Positioning with Joe Abraham:

In this session we’ll explore a strategic framework that puts our ideal customer front-and-center, and asks the very important question “What has changed for them in the past 12-18 month?” The answers to that question can and should drive key strategic decisions around how products and services are designed, messaged, sold and delivered in the new normal. You’ll discover if your company has a Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Go To Market Strategy today and whether or not changes need to be made to the value proposition and market positioning. This is not a marketing session. It is an executive strategy discussion around how market perception and shifting buyer behavior can impact revenue outcomes.

Dec 10th – Best Ideas Implemented, Synergy Business, and What’s Ahead for 2021

Join us for the final day of the session as we spend time highlighting the best ideas your peers have implemented since last year’s Executives Forum. You’ll hear lessons learned, new and innovative ideas, and what members plan to do differently in 2021. During this session we’ll also discuss some Synergy business and will share our plans for the future.

Logistics:

  • Registration fee for the 2020 Virtual Executives Forum is $495/person early bird rate (register before Nov 23rd) and $549/person regular rate (register after Nov 23rd)
  • We encourage you to invite multiple people to attend the December 1st session with Gregg Lederman
  • We recommend that the Dec 3rd, 8th, and 10th sessions only be attended by owners or upper level executives (each additional attendee is $495 early bird rate / $549 regular rate)
