About the event:
Join Synergy Solution Group on March 28-30th for our 2021 Service Idea Exchange. This will be a 1 1/2 day session filled with small breakout discussions for service operations folks to share ideas about what’s important in service today. The Idea Exchange is designed for leaders of your HVAC, plumbing, or other departments within service. We’ll spend the first day talking about how to build best in class service teams and day two discussing the shifting dynamics of business in 2021. This session is perfect for those individuals who are in charge of hiring, reviews, and performance evaluation of field team members.
Who should attend:
This series is geared toward VP’s of service, service managers, operations managers, field supervisors, or anyone who is managing field and/or office team members.
- Sunday, March 28th – 7:00pm – Welcome reception/Dinner
- Monday, March 29th – 8:00-4:00pm – Meeting; 6:30pm – Group Dinner
- Tuesday, March 30th – 8:00-12:00pm – Meeting, Travel home. Please plan your travel for 2pm or later.
To safely hold this meeting and abide by social distancing guidelines we are capping attendance at no more than 45 attendees. Attendees will be required to wear a mask while in group settings. We will partner with the hotel to follow other safety measures such as social distancing guidelines, hand sanitation, etc.
Synergy is contracting a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $169/night. Once you’ve completed the registration we will add your name to the rooming list and will make your room reservation for you. A week prior to the meeting you will receive an email containing your hotel confirmation along with other details for the session .Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be coming in early or staying later than the meeting dates. Hotel reservations are due one month prior to the session. Should you need to make changes to your arrival and/or departure dates we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel. If the hotel is unable to make the changes you are responsible for any hotel fees.
To ensure we give the correct food and beverage count to the hotel, restaurants, and other partners, we ask that you make any cancellations at least a week prior to the session. Cancellations that occur less than a week prior to the session will be charged the full registration fee.
