Join Synergy Solution Group for our Attracting and Recruiting a Diverse Group Series. This virtual series will feature three sessions to help members develop the skills that every 21st century leader needs to attract others to our amazing industry. In June, we’ll set the foundation with a workshop on Five Tips to Confront the Voice of Unconscious Bias. In July, we’ll hear ideas on How to Recruit Diverse Talent. Finally, in August we’ll conclude our series learning about Western Allied’s Heavy Metal Summer Experience program that introduces sheet metal and piping/plumbing trades as a career option to high school aged students. During this screen-to-screen learning series attendees will participate in live presentations, breakout groups, and interactive discussions.
