Join Synergy Solution Group in Charlotte on April 2-4th for the Mission Control Conference: a learning experience for dispatchers. The session will focus on helping those who are at the center of communication (or the “Mission Control”) of their organization. Attendees will develop strategies to stay positive when under pressure, learn how to strengthen relationships with the sales and technican teams by maintaining an environment where everyone works together, and hear and share best practices on scheduling processes that help members stay organized even when things get busy. We’ll also spend time talking about the new technologies members are using to stay connected with employees and clients.

Synergy has contracted a block of rooms with DoubleTree Suites SouthPark at the discounted rate of $169/night. Once you’ve completed the registration we will add your name to the rooming list. A week prior to the meeting you will receive an email containing your hotel confirmation along with other details for the session. To ensure we give the correct food and beverage count to the hotel, restaurants, and other partners, we ask that you make any cancellations at least a week prior to the session. Cancellations that occur less than a week prior to the session will be charged the full registration fee.
