This free webinar gave members a better understanding of how to utilize Yelp for B2B. Here are the four things we learned with Emily:

  1. Claim your business by visiting biz.yelp.com – search for your business name and zip code.
  2. The “Further Info” section is the most important section for a B2B company to complete – add your differentiators here.
  3. Upload at least 10 photos with great captions – business pages with 10 or more photos see 12x more customer leads per month.
  4. Respond to reviews – 53% of consumers expect to receive a response from their review. You can do this with a public comment or a direct message depending on the review.
