On March 26th, more than 50 members from Synergy’s HVAC peer group joined a live call focused on Microsoft Teams best practices. Led by Justin and Julia from Axcend Consulting, the session included demos, practical tips, and real-world examples of how mechanical contractors are using Microsoft Teams to improve communication, streamline workflows, and enhance field and office collaboration.
During the hour-long webinar, members from Oklahoma Chiller, North Mechanical, and MSD shared how they’ve implemented Teams across their organizations—from simple chat-based communication to advanced integrations and automations. The group discussed how to design Teams with clear purpose, avoid channel overload, and establish governance to keep things running smoothly over time.
Each company offered a behind-the-scenes look at how they’re using Teams as a tool for everything from tracking sales opportunities to sharing safety documents and supporting field technicians in real-time. These demos highlighted how Microsoft Teams can be customized to meet the unique needs of commercial HVAC and mechanical service contractors.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversation. If you missed it, the session recording and resources are available on OneHub.
