Synergy is proud to recognize Randy Greer of W.L. Gary Company as the recipient of the 2024 Tim Hartigan Loving Heart Award.

Presented at this year’s Executives Forum, this award honors the memory of Tim Hartigan and celebrates individuals whose actions embody his legacy of kindness and generosity.

In presenting the award, Synergy’s Jim Bartolotta highlighted Randy’s enduring commitment to helping others and building a lasting legacy. Jim shared how Randy is always the first to offer support, whether it’s lending a hand when needed or proactively stepping up to assist others. Randy’s dedication extends beyond Synergy, as he is deeply involved in charity work, including efforts with MSCA’s Convoy of Hope and initiatives in his local community.

“Randy is a dear friend to Synergy, and those of you who have known him for a long time know exactly what he’s all about,” Jim said.

Randy’s commitment to service, family, and community exemplifies the values celebrated by the Loving Heart Award. It was fitting that he accepted the honor surrounded by his family, as a reminder of the legacy he continues to build for future generations.
