Each year at the Executives Forum, Synergy Solution Group presents the Tim Hartigan Loving Heart Award, created to honor a member who lifts others up, leads with generosity, and reflects the heart of our community.
Named in memory of Tim Hartigan of MSC, the award recognizes those whose character and compassion strengthen Synergy in meaningful ways.
At the 2025 Executives Forum, we were proud to present this year’s Loving Heart Award to Nick Davis of MSD.

Strengthening Synergy Through Personal Connection
Over the past year, Nick spent significant time visiting Synergy member companies across the country. He did it to listen, learn, and build relationships, but also to support others the same way he supports his team at MSD. Those visits deepened connections, sparked new conversations, and reinforced the value of being part of this community.
When we ask attendees who made an impact on them, Nick’s name appears again and again.
Leadership Rooted in Discipline and Heart
A former Division 1 athlete, Nick brings that same focus and work ethic into his role at MSD and into Synergy. He leads with intention, shows up prepared, and pushes himself and others to grow. As a member of the Synergy board, his steady leadership continues to help guide the organization forward.

The Loving Heart Award honors someone who makes Synergy feel more connected and more supportive. Nick does exactly that. He checks in, reaches out, celebrates others, and uses every opportunity to help people move forward.
