Synergy Solution Group is pleased to welcome Mallory & Evans, based in Scottsdale, Georgia, as the newest member of the Synergy network.

Mallory & Evans is a commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor known for its technical expertise and strong service foundation. The company has built a reputation for taking on complex projects across service, retrofit, and controls, and executing them well.

As part of the membership process, the Synergy team visited Mallory & Evans alongside two Synergy members, Neff Jenkins of Brooks Building Solutions (Jacksonville, FL) and David Brown of Hardy Services (Birmingham, AL). The visit included time with leaders across service, construction, sales, controls, finance, and special projects.

What stood out was the depth of knowledge across the organization and the way their team approaches problem solving. Just as important, their leadership team values peer collaboration and understands the benefit of learning from other commercial HVAC contractors.
