On April 2nd, thirty Synergy members gathered for a thoughtful and productive roundtable discussion that centered on pricing strategies within the HVAC industry. This engaging one-hour session delved into several crucial topics that are top of mind for many in our HVAC Peer Group.

A significant portion of the discussion was dedicated to addressing customer resistance to increased fees. Members shared insights and strategies on how to effectively communicate the value brought by their skilled labor and unique mechanical expertise.  Members agreed that this is essential in justifying higher rates and ensuring that customers appreciate the intricate work and high-quality service provided.

The importance of educating sales teams on the markup process was also emphasized. Making sure that the entire team is aligned is crucial for consistent messaging and fostering trust with clients.
