We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Synergy Solution Group’s Leadership Development program, an exclusive initiative designed to empower leaders in the commercial HVAC industry.
This program, developed in partnership with Dale Carnegie, will guide over 100 Synergy members through a unique learning journey focused on leadership skills critical to HVAC professionals. In a special video message, Synergy’s Jim Bartolotta shared his excitement about the program and the impact strong, dynamic leadership can have on the future of HVAC businesses.
The program’s structure includes three targeted pathways—Personal Leadership Essentials, Communication and Collaboration Effectiveness, and Lead From Where You Are—each with a completion milestone and a badge to recognize participants’ achievements. Members will also benefit from Synergy-exclusive Sustainment Sessions, designed as peer group discussions where they can exchange insights, share experiences, and reinforce new skills.
Managers supporting team members in the program have additional resources, like Mastery Moment videos and coach-to-coach guides, to help them maximize the impact of each training session. Our leadership program also includes an interactive playbook and access to Dale Carnegie’s eVolve learning platform, providing HVAC industry leaders with the tools to grow and connect like never before.
