Synergy hosted a Mission Control Conference: a learning experience for dispatchers on April 2-4th at the DoubleTree Suites SouthPark for more than 40 members. The two-and-a-half-day session was session focused on helping those who are at the center of communication (or the “Mission Control”) of their organization.
