Synergy Hosts 2019 Service Coordinator Forum

Forty two Synergy members from twenty eight companies came to Dallas for Synergy’s 2019 Service Coordinator Forum held March 10-12th.  This year’s forum included a session with Lisa Austin (Austin Training Advisors) on how to handle customer chaos and difficult situations, a group exercise on how to triage and prioritize calls, and a panel of former technicians who shared what they liked and didn’t like about their dispatchers.
