This week more than 120 members tuned in to Synergy’s Virtual Sales Summit. The summit started with a two day Fanatical Prospecting workshop with Jason Eatmon from Sales Gravy. Jason shared different tactics, tools, and strategies to help sales people manage their time and become more proactive with sales activity. Members also listed out seven common objectives that HVAC sales people hear all the time and wrote different tactics to combat them. Throughout the two day workshop Jason taught members how to script more impact voicemails, emails, and even videos to capture the attention of prospects.

Over the next three weeks Synergy will be hosting breakout sessions for members to discuss how they’re taking the concepts and strategies learned during the prospecting workshop and putting those into practice. Some of the topics will include how to find leads, lessons learned, and client expectations. During this screen-to-screen learning experience attendees will participate in live presentations, breakout groups, and interactive discussions. Unlike in-person sessions, attendees will actually have the opportunity to go back into their regular world, put a best idea into practice, and then report back the following week on how it went.
