She spent the meeting soaking in all of the information, suggestions, and guidance from the other members, but she says she gained the most from Craig Condon’s (Pacific Rim Mechanical) presentation about the sales process.

“Craig really inspired me at the Sales Summit,” Jennifer said.  “Since I have been back, not only have I quoted more contracts in such a short period of time, but I have won more contracts as well. It really works and shows the value behind what the client is paying for.”

Jennifer hasn’t stopped the learning process. She sent Craig an email and attached the proposals she put together for his feedback on how she can get even better. Synergy members can see examples on OneHub in the Sales folder.

“What you guys do by putting on these training forums is truly appreciated. We all get caught up in our hectic schedules and sometimes we forget that some of the things we gain from the trainings are just personal experiences from others that can truly be a game changer if we just apply it.”
