In each photo, attendees are actively engaging with each other, some gesturing to emphasize their points, others listening intently or contributing to the conversation. As we reflect on the amazing experiences shared by our 2023 Leadership Forum attendees, it’s clear that the journey to exceptional leadership is both personal and collective. Check out these four Synergy members who have shared what they’ve been doing since last year’s meeting.

Brittany Galgon (Galgon HVAC)

Brittany embarked on a quest to carve her unique path as a leader, moving away from comparisons and towards embracing her individual style. Her mentorship with Steve Galgon laid the foundation, but it was her resolve to lead authentically that truly allowed her to grow. Over the past year, as Steve transitioned away from the day-to-day, Brittany’s decision-making became more independent, fostering confidence and strengthening her leadership capabilities. She and Brandon Galgon have enhanced their communication significantly, transforming their work relationship and boosting Brittany’s self-assuredness as a leader.

Sam Gutierrez (A.J. Monier)

For Sam, the aim was clear: to become a leader his team could easily approach without hesitation. Through candid conversations and a willingness to receive feedback during safety meetings, Sam opened the floor for honest dialogue about his leadership style. While the path to becoming ‘Synergy Sam’ was met with humor and challenges, it led to deeper trust and opened lines of communication with his team.

Sean McKibban (Five Star Mechanical)

Sean aimed to improve collaboration across different departments by cultivating a cohesive company culture. The introduction of a Chief Culture Officer and ‘Culture Catalysts’ has initiated a wave of positive change at Five Star. The focus on company ethos and the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) has begun to solidify a shared vision and collaborative spirit across the company.

Max Arriaga (Phoenix)

Max Arriaga experienced a breakthrough by restructuring his leadership approach and embracing delegation. By forming a team of foremen and distributing responsibilities, he’s crafted a self-sustaining departmental structure. Improved communication with the service manager and a more open dialogue about expectations and goals have led to a more harmonious and efficient workplace.

Each Synergy member’s story is a testament to the transformative power of the Leadership Forum. We’re excited to build upon these successes at the 2024 Leadership Forum. Scheduled to take place in Delray Beach, FL, from September 15-18th. Registration is open now! https://connect.synergysolutiongroup.com/events/2024-leadership-forum
