“Sara provided a lot of great ideas on resilience, processing stress and some very practical way of understanding and handling difficult situations,” said Ruzwa Cooper (Cooper Oates).
Prior to coming to San Antonio attendees were asked to read the book Dare to Lead and complete a homework assignment answering questions about their role and challenges they are facing. A 360 survey was also sent out to each attendee’s direct reports, peers, and manager to gather feedback for the meeting. During the forum nine mentors worked with a small group of attendees to facilitate discussions based on feedback from 360 reviews, topics from the book, and real life challenges that the were taken from the homework.
“This was my first 360 review and I got so much from it,” said Pete Klos (MSC). “It gave me a good idea of what I need to work on moving forward.”
