Synergy hosted a webinar on Oct 1st featuring Cohen Seglias attorneys Jonathan Landesman and Anthony Bottenfield. Jonathan and Anthony provided practical guidance on how to develop and implement employee handbooks and policies to ensure correct HR practices and avoid liability issues. They also discussed how and why companies should customize handbooks to fit their environment.
