Synergy hosted 53 members for our 2021 IntelliPak I and II Rooftop Units Class in Rosemont, IL on Oct 24-28th. This classroom based training session conducted by Will Franklin, a Trane Technical Instructor. This Synergy technical training was focused on operation, start-up, and maintenance of 20-162 ton IntelliPak I and II rooftop units. Proper service techniques, including correct maintenance procedures and intervals, and factory recommended installation and start up procedures were also discussed. The class also included a special half day program on “Delivering Exceptional Client Service.”
