Synergy recently hosted a webinar featuring Kojo, our newest partner, showcasing how their construction materials management software is transforming industry processes.
Kwame Coleman from LMS Building Systems in Las Vegas shared his experience of implementing Kojo just seven months ago. Faced with challenges in workflow efficiency and communication, Kwame’s team has already experienced smoother operations, reduced stress, and a marked decrease in complaints thanks to Kojo’s system.
During the session, Maria Davidson, Kojo’s CEO and founder, introduced a structured, seven-step guide to optimizing procurement. She explained how Kojo enables contractors to track every aspect of project materials, from delivery and warehouse management to invoice matching. Highlighting inefficiencies often seen in traditional processes, Maria detailed the time-consuming manual steps and frequent tracking errors that Kojo’s system is designed to eliminate. With Kojo’s approach, contractors report a 65% reduction in materials processing time and a 59% drop in errors.
The session wrapped up with a look at Kojo’s advanced warehouse management features, such as barcode scanning, minimum quantity alerts, and precise tracking. This webinar provided Synergy members with insights into how Kojo’s technology supports increased productivity and efficiency in the field.
For those who couldn’t attend, a recording of the webinar is available on OneHub, providing the opportunity to revisit Kojo’s insights and strategies at your convenience. Stay tuned for more Synergy partner webinars designed to bring innovative tools and practices to our members!
