AI tools are evolving quickly, and knowing how to use them effectively is becoming an increasingly valuable workplace skill.

During a recent Synergy training session with Pragmatic Works, members got a hands-on look at Microsoft Copilot and some of the newer capabilities available to help employees work more efficiently.

Greg Trzeciak from Pragmatic Works demonstrated how the quality of the information and instructions provided to Copilot can significantly change the results it produces. Members saw examples involving weekly planning, workplace communications, document analysis, and other everyday tasks.

The session also explored how Copilot can work with information already available within an organization, including emails, calendars, documents, and other Microsoft 365 content. Greg discussed personalization features, data protection considerations, and ways Copilot is moving beyond answering questions to helping users take action on their work.

Throughout the training, members were able to see these capabilities demonstrated live and consider where they could be useful within their own roles and organizations.
