Her visit included a tour of their facility (office and shop), a presentation and conversation about all things Synergy, and a group dinner.

“It was truly a pleasure visiting the Oahu team,” said Allison. “I was impressed by their training lab for their technicians, the core values posted on the door, and their constant desire to get better at what they do. It’s clear the best practices they’ve picked up from meetings and other Synergy members don’t just stay at the session, but are implemented piece-by-piece to become part of their culture.”
