Please tell us a little about yourself.
Vanessa: Hi, I’m Vanessa Kiley coming to you from Warren, Rhode Island. I am the co-founder owner and president of Exceptional Leaders. We’re in the business of creating leadership powered companies. I’ve been working with leaders in the construction industry at all levels from the CEO’s, founders, and owners all the way down to project managers and field leaders for about 20 years. I’m passionate about helping all leaders at all levels meet their potential.
What will you share with Synergy members?
Vanessa: I’m looking forward to sharing stories of success and maybe some failures as well as practical tools and templates and creating a forum for conversation, so that each and every one of you can walk away, feeling even more well equipped to develop the kind of leaders that you want to drive your organization and your culture forward.
What do you hope attendees will take away from your session?
Vanessa: What I hope you take away from the session is new ideas. A new framework for leadership and understanding of how leaders grow and develop as people. And renewed confidence and enthusiasm to believe that you can build a truly leadership powered culture. You’ll know better how to do it, to identify the gaps in your own system, and new approaches and have a sense of who can help you. Who among your peers, who among professionals can support you in that growth journey. Everybody will leave with something that lets them take at least one small step forward.
