We’re excited to announce the new members joining the Synergy Board! Please join us in welcoming John Kotek (LMS) and Ryan English (Baker Group) to the board for 2025. In 2026, Ryan Houghton (Dowling) and Quinton Selin (Archer Mechanical) will also be joining.
These individuals will be stepping into essential roles, representing member feedback and helping shape the future of Synergy. This process underscores the importance of every member having a voice and an active role in setting our direction. The Synergy Board, with representatives selected by our members and the Synergy team, plays a critical role in guiding areas such as training, partnerships, and business growth opportunities.
As we welcome our new Board members, we also want to express our deep gratitude to Rich Bodwell (ISS Mechanical) and Craig McElwain (Oklahoma Chiller), who will be completing their terms in November. Rich and Craig’s years of service have left an enduring mark on Synergy, strengthening our community with their time, insights, and commitment to growth.
